Hmm... Taco Bell?
work your way up to 2-300 situps each day.
Gradually add weight to your situps - hold a 5 pound weight the first week and add another 5 pounds each week.

Weight train:
Day 1 - upper body (arms, shoulders, back, abs)
Day 2 - lower body (quads, glutes, calves, hamstrings)
work out 4-5x week

Cardio once or twice a DAY - alternate what you enjoy doing - riding bike, walking, running, rope jumping, etc.
Eat every 3 hours about 300 calories (or up to about 500 calories) and eat 6x day. nothing after 8pm.
Drink a gallon of water a day while training.
Get 8+ hours of sleep per night - your body needs time to rebuild all that muscle you've torn apart.

Avoid sugar of all kinds - no bread, no rice, no potatoes, no corn, no sweets. Sugar packs on the fat in the abdomen.
Lean proteins, as many vegetables as you can stand - steamed, not fried or covered in butter! Olive oil is good.

Hope this helps.

If your primary goal is health and secondary goal is bulking up, then cardio is required. it will not prevent you from gaining muscle. Go to BodyBuilding.com and read all the articles there on gaining mass.

I'm not a vitamin or nutrition expert, but there are many articles and research studies that which will point you in the right direction. I take Insulin Growth Formula (Deer antler velvet) and CLA every day. It's made a huge difference in putting on the muscle and reducing fat. Everyone is different.

Cardio is good, no matter what you're going to do. Maybe you'll have to eat a few more turkey burgers for extra calories.
Stay away from junk. Your ultimate goal should be to feel good, look good and be in excellent health. If your heart isn't healthy, nothing else will work - the blood won't flow properly to oxygenate your muscles, etc.

No one ever said this was easy, or every gym would have a waiting line to get in.

In the words of the man about whom this site is dedicated, "Getting in shape is simple. It just takes 3 things: Discipline, sacrifice and determination."

Best of luck to you

I don't totally disagree with dabbi..... Confused ....if you do end up doing something pro wise, definately take steroids (Deca&Test Propionate 500mg specifically every two weeks).......but if not going pro, then don't mess with them....stick to creatine and protein, plus great food, and a strict regime of weight training. I've been on creatine and protein forever, I have all of Tyson's exact measurements.......according to what some member on here posted about him......but yeah I've been doing good naturally, although I have definately hit a plateau and can't seem to get any heavier, or lift any more....but all else is alright....Use steroids as a last, and I do mean LAST RESORT......it's only what I like to call "leased" muscle anyhow.......it will also make you an animal in the sack.......man how I experimented with that stuff....WoW........I love many, many beatiful women....Is there any women here on tysontalk.....if so I'M CALLING YOU OUT........BUT NOT in that manner......I want to.....you know.....yeah.

Train like a madman on the heavy bag. This will give all the muscle you need and it gives you power.

Push-ups ,pull-ups (or chinups whateva) and sit-ups are enough imo. Do hundred or something each from them everyday.

And run everyday a few miles. You'll lose fat for sure, don't eat too much ofcourse. Take care of your calorie intake

And i dont suggest steroids LOL

for me i just do about 100-200 sit ups a day and weight training 3 times a week(working out different muscle groups in each workout)..i read quite a lot on bodybuilding sites and got some info, which started me out..however i realise in the end its more of ur preferences..like some ppl prefer isolation workouts while some prefer compound...just remember consistency is key..and yea u shld do light cardio when bulking because there is a risk of putting on excess fat(which u wouldn'twant) during bulking..so light cardio shld burn em off and u'd get just wad u want-more muscles...but eat a lot..and split ur meals maybe 5-6 a day(try to take food like lean meat or beef, eggs etc)...pro bodybuilders eat abut 10meals a day when bulking...
