What will training with weighted boxing gloves do for you?

If anyones trained with or know anybody who trains with weighted boxing gloves can ya let me know what are the bennifits of training with them

pretty obvious
speed n strength improvment
put some ankle weight in your wrists and shadow box. or pickup some low weight and do same (bout 4lbs would do it)
shadow box 30 mins heavily with weight and ull see for urself
pd: ankle weight on wrists while shadow box may damage your wrist so if u got fragile wrist DONT.

thanks fer the reply I've been doing what you said ive noticed alot in speed and when i spar theres alot more power when i hit my partner i cant go full power on him cuz he will go to sleep. i got a pair of gloves that hold weights im not worried about having fragile wrists i use to be an armwrestling champ.
