tyson was in my opinion the better fighter even though he idolized dempsey the only thing i think dempsey was better at waz counter punching and hiz heart but a prime tyson waz jus too power full . dempsey only weighed 175 poundz

close fight i think tyson only because of the weight difference tyson punches harder so i think that he would be able to knock out dempsey.
in the 20's they didn't do much wweight training and u look at fighters those days like joe lois or somin didnt have big punches.or big muscle
but jack was one of those tough fighters for that time thats y he was knocking out guyz and look good but for his era he was more dominant than tyson on his era.

but if 88 tyson versus best version dempsey havfto be tyson
but thats what makes them unique boxing has improved marciano faced tyson tyson wud win cause boxing has improved more skill more muscle
but marcaino and dempsey,lous done the best for there era and couldn't be beter thats y its unfair to compare fighters from 70-80 ueas ago

i think tyson would kill him because todays fighter are more powerfull faster and much bigger but i have very much for these old guys

In a mythical fight i couldn't give a judgement since i haven't seen enough of Dempsey.

Tyson would never fight him. Dempsey is a hero in Mikes book. Up to this day he idolises him for what he stands.
