well im 17 and a few months ago i started punching my friends heavy bag. The first day after i wailed on it like a madman i felt invincible. it felt good. But thats not what this is about. I just turned 17 in august and all i think about is boxing. I bought a walmart heavy bag, but for some reason it isnt like my buddies. His is stiff all around, yet mine is soft in the middle to the top. *Censor* me off. anyways, im starting to get really good. I just need some routine plans for losing this fat and replacing it with muscle. And id also appreciate some pointers for conditioning AND for footwork ( my biggest area i need help in) thanks
