It's real good and effective the way you use that shoulder to push them back.....I was just taught that two week's ago, but I don't find I use it much because every time I get in motion, these chumps naturally give themselves space.....my instructor recently strictly told my partner NOT to back up no matter what I would do to him.... Laughing ....yeah it burns a hole in him when he see's that I can take his best quote on quote "fighters"......but that was great dabbi, I'll definately keep it in mind for Wednesday....... Idea

Laughing Boy, I must have instilled paranoia in you hard.........no I was not offending you, read the paragraph again. I was complimenting you, I said I liked what you were doing, you had him backed up the whole time, and every time you did that move he went back an honest 2-3 feet, hopefully one day you'll be able to do that and back them right into the ropes and just "dig for coal" and come up with upper cuts and forocious left hooks. Great endurance as well, I was watching the You Tube timer, and that went well over 3:00 minutes.....do you run alot?.....I just started running on surface last week, been on tredmill's for the past 6 months, Chicago is cold pretty much year round, except now....and I must say running on surface is a bit more challenging....but I'm getting into it, plus I love staring at these beatiful women here in downtown, MAN!.....I hope one day I don't get a Desiree Washington pulled on my azz.... Very Happy

Laughing Solarplexis, get the wind out....I like that...hehehe.....yeah, during the focus mit drills I've been executing my left hooks so they carry out all the way, so they can catch the tip of my elbow Laughing .....I just have to use it now, I noticed Tyson did that alot!......next I will work on my holyfield buting... Laughing .......it's fun to rape victims inside the ring, I always imagine desiree and robin givens, especially Robin, man I just wanna stick my dong inside, all the way inside!.....Jesus Christ, I F*kin love those two.......scru meeting Kevin Rooney, take me to Coventry, I want desiree.....uuuummmmaaggghh! Cool

Hey dabbi maybe one day I'll be in your corner like Tyson for Ibragimov...or what ever that name is....shet.....*Censor*.....these names are something else...shet!

Good man but you are sooo open to a sharp left hook, if you moved your neck a little more instead of leaning with your upper body to your right. You had some good counters in there. Good good!! What age??

Cool video Dabbi! A few things you could work on is when you slip a shot you should keep your hands up.Also when you go in you go in too close after you throw a few shots. You should also start off with a jab to get in.That sets up alot of things. Also after every combo you should move out and reset. Also when coming in,you should move your head more. You also turn your head alittle too much back when you slip a shot. Someone could come back and throw another fast shot and probably hit you right after you slip the first.

You have some very good shots. I love your 2 left hooks. 1 to the body and one upstairs. But remember, alot of those shots you were throwing to the body would be called low.You couldnt tell because he didnt have a cup on.A cup measures where you can hit them, and of course if you hit the protector cup it would be called low. I have a video of my amateur fight with my giving the guy a standing 8 because he was agonizing in pain. Then the ref told me to try to keep it higher. That shot was way about yours. Just be careful about those. Thats why you kept hitting him with it easily. You dont see that in the pros because of the protection cup.

But in all you have very good power, speed, and you're explosive and very calm when doing it.Good job!!
