as long as you aren't trying to bodybuild, I think it's good....depending at what weight your fighting at also, if your heavyweight, I think it's a must, but many beg to differ, why?...beat's me.....in the heavyweights it's speed of course, but a whole lot of power....I myself weigh 210 lbs. so therefore I have to try to make my hook's, uppercuts, and crosses as strong as possible....check me out at myspace.com/ocampo5422 tell me what you think. |
