cool.BUT. u move way to fast for it to be effective,u do that in a match u will be tired by the 3rd round.and when u bob and weave(tyson style) its offensive and defensive,its for finding holes and bobbing and weaving side to side to get leverage on the shots and putting your whole body into it.
and its easy to bob and weave when theres no1 trying to take your head off.throw some sparring videos on here to see how effective it is and slow down abit on the bobbing.  |

your punching is absolutely horrible ... you have no fluidity , and you telegraph every punch you throw ...ANYONE can do what your doing !! and i hope those arent your posters on the wall HAHA !! tinkerbell HAHA |

whats up bro?...good effort, but the head movement is wrong, and your punches are not sharp, how ever decent speed and effort... |
