Trying to lose about 100+ lbs in about a 3-4 months time, need to find out the fastest/safest way to do it without killing my body so much, anyone got any information on this, it would be wonderful.

I've been looking for recipes on how to cut the weight on the net and its just the regular stuff like cutting back on calories and watching what you eat, I need a boxer opinion and a boxer who actually cut weight and cut weight good.

I would like to thanks people who replies in advance, thanks!

100 lbs in 3-4 months is not realistic. How much do u weigh, and are u a Boxer? it all depends on ur body type/age/health on how fast u should lose weight, but the grapefruit diet is nice but is pretty nasty.

its is possible
if u wanna do this heres the deal
cut carbs, u wan some carbs only on breakfast and in lil amount
proteins n veggetables for lunch and dinner, best dinner, tuna salad or something likethat
and this is the key
every 3 hrs eat protein, what ever protein. about 15gr atleast.
doing this accelerates the metabolism.
i have never had the need for doing this but a training mate of me did so, lost 23 pounds in a month
remember low carbs (only on breakfast) high protein
and EAT PROTEIN EVERY 3-4 HRS
and not a slice of ham, thats like 1.5gr luckily, seriously eat protein, im not gonna get tired repeatin this
15grs of protein every 3-4HRS
good luck

I dont think the person asking this question cares about the reponses and is no longer here, lol.

But to talk a little about diet here...

If he were wanting to lose that weight fast, yeah, the Atkins low carb approach works the best, but that weight will surely return once the body adapts, as nobody stays on those diets for a long time.

The brain and nervous system function best on carbs. It really just comes down to hormone manipulation and what food will do for a particular individual. Some do better with more carbs, and some just get fat cause of there insulin response, sensitivity, etc.

Ive always like the balanced approach to start with. The Zone diet is a good place to start for people not knowing anything about diet, to feel the power of food and how it really impacts our hormones, the ones that build muscle, burn bodyfat, etc. Its best to start there, with a 30/40/30 approach. As in P/C/F ratios, and adjust accordingly.

When I was training with weights 5 times a week for 90 minutes high volume, moderately heavy weights, I seemed to be eating almost 40 percent protein, 30 percents carbs and like 20 percent fat. Got big and ripped at the same time, with limited cardio work done as the rest between sets were limited. Sometimes when I was bulking to just get big and strong, I ate about 40 percent fat and my testosterone levels went through the roof. That diet made me the strongest in the big lifts, but I wasnt defined, or healthy probably.

When I training more sports oriented, running alot and doing more endurance activities, I was eating like 60 percent carbs, 15 percent protein, and 25 percent fat. Worked well maintaining muscle, getting stronger, and being in overall good shape, without feeling like I was on a diet at all. It was basically a well balanced diet eating 3 squares a day. Like 8oz lean steak, some whole grain pasta, vegetables and lowfat milk for dinner.

Also 15 grams of protein every 3 hours is not enough protein when approaching a low carbs approach, more like 50 grams of lowfat protein every 3 to 4 hours to fill the boy up without making him fat, and so he doesnt want to binge.

He needs to be on a caveman diet to lose 100 pounds. Just chicken *Censor* and tuna salads (a 6 oz. can of tuna has like 40 grams protein ) all day long.

My ideal easy diet for you is, a meal every 3 to 4 hours.

Breakfast----- 6 Eggwhites veggie omelet, dash of EV olive oil. a 30 grams protein drink with water.

meal 2---protein drink with water, 50 grams of protein

Lunch--- 6oz Tuna, Big raw salad, no mayo.

meal 4---8 oz chicken breast, salad.

meal 5---protein drink with water, 50 grams.

meal 6--8oz turkey breast, lightly steamed veggies like broccolli, green beans (no corn, carrots, etc), dash of EV olive oil.

Right about consuming carbs after the workout only, easier in a protein/carb recovery drink with water.

I reccommend carbs before as well, about 90 minutes. Like 2 small red microed potatoes with nonfat cottage cheese, you wont store them youll burn them..

You wont be hungry, youll have to get your own recipes to cater to this as I aint gonna write down them. I live in Venice CA and train around the bodybuilders and pro athletes here and they know the scoop on getting ripped fast.

Also drink alot water and there are alot supps out there if you got the money they will help you.
