mikes definetely lost some weight

after watching wwe on monday in my opinion mike looks alot lighter especially in the face he looks alot healthier too which im sure we are all glad to see his billed weight was 250lbs i dont know if thats true we all know wwe like to exagerate a little lol but either way he looked in alot better shape than recent outings. he worked the pads for a short time and showed he has definetely not lost his speed if only his heart was still in it for boxing he could definetely still do the job but thats another dream. watch it from 1,03 see what you guys think thanks wayne http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQA8OAIjGW4&feature=related

Agreed. And it didn't take very long, either. Even as recently as the Oprah interview, he looked woefully out of shape. I'd say he was a good 300 lbs at one point, my guess is he's lost, I don't know, 30-40 pounds in just a few months? Just goes to show he can still shed some pounds when he wants to. My guess is he wanted to trim down for the RAW appearance.

My question is, how is Mike losing that weight. Hopefully healthily and not with drugs, as there are so many out there that are not good for the body and alot are sold over the counter its pretty ridicilous. I mean thats alot weight to shed that fast.
I know hes not above taking drugs either at this point, and im not taking about anabolics, growth hormones, etc... as they are actually safer for the body in small prescribed doses then alot of these weight loss chemical drugs they make today.

Also Vince Mcmahon sucks ass!

I'd say with almost 100% certainty that Mike has dropped the weight because he's off his antipsyche medications that were keeping him docile, slow and overweight for so long. Even watch that pre fight WWE clip when he's mouthing off to the midget, its obvious as ever.. His facial expressions are quicker, he's more energetic, more the old mike we know..
I just hope now that he's off the meds that he stays out of trouble for his sake...

I just posted the recent pictures of Tyson in Italy and I have to agree with you guys: he looks very fit!

Mike looks even *Censor* in the new pictures taken at the recent "Taking on Tyson" announcement. Well done Mike. I'm proud of the guy for taking care of his body at this stage in his life. Bet he's below 250 now--a huge accomplishment from what he was weighing last year.
