If u wanna start boxing, you need a good boxing club and most, you need a good boxing coach. This is the most important thing to begin boxe as other sports too. |

G-man go to a club 2 or three times a week but it's important to practice on your own at home especially shadow boxing, all the training is repetitive so it's important to practice it on the days you're not in the club |

If you try to train your self to box as soon as you fight you will get hurt boxing is a science its not somthing you can just do without being taught properly also if you learn things the wrong way your self it takes a very long time for a trainer to correct them mistakes it takes 300 repations to to remember a punch properly it takes 3000 to correct a punch that was leaned the wrong way |
