i need help

was just enquring how to start boxing i have been training boxing for the past 1 week do i need a coach to
train me or if i want to train by my self what will be the best training program for beginners?

and i was just enquring for boxing clubs in Australia Sydney i heard theres a boxing club down a minto?

If u wanna start boxing, you need a good boxing club and most, you need a good boxing coach. This is the most important thing to begin boxe as other sports too.

G-man go to a club 2 or three times a week but it's important to practice on your own at home especially shadow boxing, all the training is repetitive so it's important to practice it on the days you're not in the club

yeh but the problem is i doint know which club to go to i live in Australia NSW Minto i doint even know if theres even a club in our suburb Rolling Eyes

so i live in the geto and i drive to the club wich is 20 min away in new jersey... Crying or Very sad
