hi
you can make a slip bag using a balloon which then you can fill it up by sand but not 2 much sand and then tie a not in it wrap it up in a bag and then tie it up 2 a bungee cord or a rope and tie it so it just hits the top of your head.

hope thats helpfull

Get a small plasic Walmart like bag, put sand in it. tie off the end and cut off the extra plastic at the top. Then put the the bag of sand in a long sock. Tie a rope on the top of the sock next to the sand. cut the top of the sock off. Then uck tape the knot of the rope and wrap tape all around the sock. It should be a little bigger then a fist. Then attach it to a hook in the ceiling above. But make sure you hang it only around two to three feet down or the bag will move to slow. This is the hard part cause ceilings are usaully to too high for the bag to move fast. i got mine hanging from my garage door and hangs about three feet.
