Hi to all,
I'm 35 years old, about 6'1 tall , and right now about 230 lb or weight.
The problem is that it's a very long time I don't train cause I don't have
time cause my job.
In the past I trained boxe a lot, but until I was about 24 years old.
Now I'd like to lose weight, but I'd like to mantain my muscular mass
or to improve, it but at the same time to lose my fat mass. (I have a
natural stocky body).
I don't like to drink and i don't smoke, and I don't like junk food a lot, the
only problem is that I like Carbo a lot, so I tend to eat a lot of Pasta, Pizza
and bread. How I can I adjust my diet and wich kind of exercises I can do?
Thank you very much for any advice u will give!!! |

THe mistake i always make is not taking in enough protein. Im 6'2 and walk around at 185lbs or so. When i train for a fight i have to lose ten pounds to make 178. When i lose that little weight i feel weak and scawny because i dont take in enough protein to keep my muscle. My body likes to eat muscle first then fat. So my advice is to keep ur protein high so u keep ur muscle. I heard once "whatever protein you dont use u *Censor* it out and whatever carb u dont use you to keep as fat." |
