Hey kool, I pm'd you this but its still in my outbox but any chance you could do me a favour please
Im getting back in to training and want to add some sprinting in, I know you sprint and id like it if you could give me some good advice on training techniques.
I go cliff path running about 4 to 6 miles on a monday, wednesday and friday and wanted to do some sprinting in between, whats good to build up speed and power in my legs, ie, tyre pulling and such like.
Any advice would be well apreciated kool, cheers

Sorry mate been too lazy over the bank holiday weekend to try, although I did run to pick up my car from a party I went to on Sunday morning, about 3 miles with a 35lb weighted backpack. I could only manage 2 or 3 hundred meteres at a time, between short stops to let my legs recover.
I mixed a couple of sprints neer the end up a hill.
Im gonna do some this week though, id like to get my top speed up, running with my gps once when I wasnt fit, at my fastest I was doing 22 mph, I know 28 is the fastest but im not looking to beat that just better myself
