Tyson weighs 250pounds. I really don't know if he's ready for a fight. He needs to get his weight down to 218-223. Tyson please don't fight in March.

All heavyweight boxers are about 20-30 lbs above their fighting weights when not in training. Mike Tyson has been as heavy as 280 lbs. in the past. He can cut down to 225+ before a fight in March, he is older though so I would expect to see him come in at around the 230's, that will be the reality, like it or not. I think that if you expect him to even have a shot at continuing his career that the weight he comes into the fight at in March is the least of any concern. The main concern woulod be that he fights, fights well, and wins impressively. His weight will be determined by training, age (metabolism), and dedication that he sets forth in his comeback.

I think if Tyson trains well he can easily go down to 225 pounds in March!

Well Tyson is not fighting until march. And there is something inbetween, them months that professionals do. They train, i know Tyson can get in good shape, because he was when he fought Danny Williams.

i beleave Danny Williams can win tonight, if he is in the ring mebntally and strong. Winning Tyson has strengthed him mentally.

Tyson in the first round was looking great, i have'nt seen him that good for a long time. It was unfortunite when he got injured.

Tysons style is one of the most athletic, toughest styles around. especially for a heaveyweght. Tyson will never be a fighter who can sit back, he has to press the action and establish the fight.

Thats why i respect him as a athlete.

yeh am right!

I have to accept the fact that Tyon is just lazy and refuses to rain down to early 220's now. Age isn't really an excuse as 42 year old Holyfield was the same weight against Donald as he was for the Tyson rematch. In an ideal world he needs to put down the dumbells and train for stamina but I've given up on any hope of this happening. Sad
