i go training three times a week.

When you go in for a fight you have to know that you are fit!!!
If you know tthat you have not trained properly, maybe not eaten properly you will loose all your confidence to win!!

In my second amature fight, i was not fit, i knew i was not fit but i wanted to fight, on the way to the arena, the only thing i was thinking about was if i was fit or not!!

The first and second round went quite alrite, but in the third round i was tired, i could hardly hold y hands up aand was felling sick from being soo tired. i knocked the boy i was fighting down but i didnt have the energy to do it again, i knew i could have knocked him out if i was fit enough!!!
(alough i did win the fight)

hi everyone!

I've been boxing for around 8-9 months now but have had alot of time of lately. I'm going to have a fresh start on the new year so nothing to worry about that much. I do 50 press ups every weekday just to keep in shape and jog alot of the tme when I'm out and about.

why should we you doen.t you wron.t evan give a gye a brake evan when he saed he was sorry and told you he did not say thro.s mean think.s and that it was he.s order brother trying to get him mad you did not evan care did you and then when he try.d to say he was sorry you band him from the site so why should any of us and you are not just a fan you made this site and if i could i would make a donation to the site but i now doen.t need to ??????????

Im guessing that is directed at me.

Ni, I warned you plenty of times to stop spamming my Pm box and my email box. Instead you kept doing it and even went as far to tell me that you were gonna ban me from my own site.

When i banned you a month ago it was only a temporary ban hoping you would get the clue but its pretty clear you still havnt.

Leave me alone and your stay here will be more pleasant.

Once again I'm confused by mrni. "shout my a#@%&* up right now" Now is that supposed to be shut my mouth up right now or shout my a*s up right now?????? You're right though, It probably would be entertaining to see your HUGE 5ft 8" 132lbs frame knock my a#@%&* out especially when you only have 28kos out of your 89wins against people your own weight. That tells me you must punch like a girl!! So please stop being annoying and go and eat some pies put on another 100lbs grow 9 inches and then maybe you can start throwing your weight around... (I dont know.... Children today have no repect for old people :) )_
