Hi, Hope you are well.
I was just wondering if by any chance you have the Tyson Vs Sims fight (1985-07-19). It is not avaliable on any Tyson fight DVDs. Rumour has it that the people Bill Cayton paid to film it didnt show up!.

There should be a 'home' copy out there somewhere that somebody would have recorded on a camcorder. I mean some of the amateur fight footage that you can find on Youtube on Tyson looks like it was recorded on a camcorder by someone at ringside.
There cannot not be a copy. Tyson was gaining popularity at the time, plenty of people at his fights, inevitably there must have been someone there to document the event, even if for personal usage. |
