It is obvious that Lewis will not be around much longer. Who do you guys think will be the next shining light in the division. Of all the guys that are coming up, I have been impressed by Dominick Guinn the most so far. |

He will praobably be a Champ but i don't think he will be a dominant one. I can't use his last to performances against Lewis and Johnson to give me that feeling about him. Against Lewis, it was more that Lewis was out of shape and under estimated Vitali than Vitali was that great and against Johnson, well, anyone could have done that to that tub of *Censor* that night. I want to see a rematch with Vitali and Lewis before I am really sold on him. |

I don't see anyone atm.
I'm confident that a Lewis Vitalli rematch will happen and if it does I'm even more confident that Lewis will wreck him inside 2 rounds. |

Nobody looks good enough to have fans like Tyson did yet. The sport needs someone insanely good that can knock people out in just a few seconds. George Foreman's fights were the most boring slug fests I ever watched and the guys fighting today aren't much different. Boxing needs someone who's both good and seems crazed. |

Well, it's official now.
Lennox Lewis is retired (and he promised he won't come back) and Vitali - Lewis II won't happen
Too bad, cause i would have loved to see Lewis pummeled again.
Anyway,...it looks like Vitali will face Corrie Sanders now.
This is a fight i wouldn't dare to predict as Corrie Sanders knocked out Vitali's brother and Vitali is the worst boxer of the two brothers. Then again Vitali almost beat Lewis...
It will be interesting now the division is wide open again.
Everybody can reach it. I believe Tyson has a serious change at the title now too! If he'll be serious again i definately expect him fighting for the title again. |

What boxing needs is insanity. Like another Mike Tyson who hates everyone, very violent in real life and willing to do anything to win including kicking and biting and hitting below the belt even if it gets him disqualified. Everyone would watch those fights. |

This is why cloning should be legalized. I've had it with these *Censor* sticks they call boxers lately. If we can start cloning people then we can have a Tyson vs. Muhammed Ali fight in like 20 years from now. Only thing I can't figure out is who should get the money for it. The original Mike Tyson, or the cloned one? |

LOL. That's a great idea! We'd finally get the answer to Ali vs Tyson, Liston vs Tyson, Lewis vs Ali etc.
But i don't think boxing skills are genetically fixed.
Then again,..Ali's daughter is a champion in woman boxing too. If boxing skills are genetically determined,.....then Tyson's son will be one *Censor* of a boxer |

i think that if hasim rahman can stay at 230lbs and busy in the ring he will be a dominant champion. james toney will also be a big force to beat these dayz. james should go for a smaller hvywht and fight byrd or brewster. i see rahman beating ruiz in a rematch, again if he is fighting big and with bad intentions. rahman versus toney anyone? |

I agree with the the Vitali prediction which is looking pretty good.
The Guinn one, not so much.
A motivated Rahman and a fit Toney are talented dark horses but I can't see either one dominating anything. Toney's old, inactive and always injured and Rahman is just too *Censor* inconsistant in terms of interest and weight. |
