i was watchin a lot the videos with mike tyson and tried to catch the correct move of the slip, i want to ask you how it must be performed correctly because i started to drill this and if i'm doin this not correctly it would be hard to retrain it...
i mean, the correct body position, i think it must not be just the vertical move. the move should go to the side and slightly forward, with a little squat down...? but i recorded a video with my slips and it looks like i'm doin it not in the correct way..
for example, i found a vid on youtube where the guy is doing almost the same moves like tyson -
