Good to see it's still up an running.
Cool.
am really interested in what you said, but your blog link did not work.
Nothing really news worthy to post or even talk about lately, hes been behaving himself.
Well, the testosterone that gets released from a leg workout circulated the body, however that alone wont make you biceps grow. You will still need to train your biceps fairly well e.g curls, weighted pull ups and the testosterone released from training your legs will assist the muscle growth in your arms quicker than if you did not train your legs. i am a life long tyson fan, and it has always been my dream to meet him. I am in Las Vegas from october 15th - october 21st 2011 and was wondering if anybody knew about any signing events or anything going on in the area where i would get the chance to meet him?
Anyh info at all would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks
I also would have to say my favorite combinations would be.
6-5-2 5-6-1 6-5-6-1 5-6-5-6-1 6-5-6-5-4
If any of the combinations I Said turn difficult practice these they are what cus would have his pupils repeat all the time especially the beginners. They seem to get you loose for all the cus designed combos.
6-5 5-6 5-2 6-1 6-5-2 5-6-1 6-1-6 5-2-5
All hooks. And I made a mistake after weaving from your left hook you weave to the right, then left. And vise versa for right hand. But after doing a 5-5-1 you can weave to the left and spring around using side stepping to be in fron of the opponent.
Tyson also did alot of jump rope work. He was lightening fast with that rope. That's also an excellent way to build up legs, and foot speed. Another great fighter who really focused on the jump rope and powerful legs/fast feet was Sonny Liston.
BTW
what type of neckwork did Tyson actually do?
Hi there,
For any tyson fans in Poland he'll be visiting the country on the 15th of September will post up details when i get them.
I recently came across the photos of Tyson's abandoned Ohio mansion, which I found fascinating as it was so frozen in time, so extravagant and still had so many of Tyson's things just left sitting there in an unlocked mansion in such an odd (relatively) secluded area of Ohio for anyone to walk into. I guess I just find abandoned places like that interesting, and eerie, and I find myself very curious to see what such an amazing place looked like back in the 90's when it was still operational.
Anyway that leads me to my question, I was hoping someone here might know of any pictures or footage of any kind of Tyson's Ohio mansion before it was abandoned. I know he let cameras into his Vegas home (for that Rosanne interview) back in the mid 90's (96?) but I've seen nothing shot in his Ohio estate. I know it's an odd question, but I would love to see what that place used to look like, even if it's just a brief glimpse in an old interview, or a single old photo etc.. Anyway, that is all. Thanks.
