NO, You will never be billed automatically, If your membership expires you will need to renew it the same way you got it the first time.

Most of the time this is due to the type of payment you sent through paypal. If you sent a Echeck this may take up to 5 business days to clear. If and when it clears you will be Upgraded to Gold Member status.
