Mike Tyson is the most wanted man on the planet. Every fighter in the
heavyweight division wants to fight him, every promoter wants to have
him. It is hard to imagine that this very same fighter has over 38
million dollars in debt.

Don
King stated to BoxingScene that he would love to promote Mike Tyson and
has three heavyweight champions to match him with in big money bouts.

Tyson has said that he would not be beyond working with Don King.

Now
it appears that Bob Arum, owner of Top Rank, wants to promote Tyson as
well. Arum has stated to the press that he has heavy interest to
promote Tyson but wouldnt not make a deal with Tyson until after his
comeback fight with Danny Williams on July 30.

“If we had the opportunity, we’d be happy to promote Tyson. I’d
certainly be interested. He might not be the fighter he was several
years ago, but I think he could win the title again.” said Arum

The interest is so strong that Top Rank matchmaker Bruce Trampler has
already met with Tyson and Freddie Roach several times during the last
couple of weeks.

While there is no indication as to which promoter Tyson will sign with,
he is looking to get hooked up with a big promoter before his second
comeback fight, rumored to be against Vassily Jirov.
