DANNY WILLIAMS has switched his training to a secret location after Mike Tysons spies were caught in his gym.

The Brixton Bomber takes on Tyson over 10 rounds on July 30 in Louisville, Kentucky.

And he was preparing for the biggest fight of his career at the world-famous Gleasons Gym in New York.

But trainer Jim McDonnell became suspicious when unknown faces kept appearing at each training session.

He believed they were part of Tysons entourage and were reporting straight back to the former world heavyweight champ on how Williams was shaping up.

McDonnell persuaded his man to move out even though the Brit was happy with the conditions and staying at a hotel just two blocks away.

Now Williams has a 1½-hour journey to his new training site, believed to be in upstate New York at Huntington.

But the move has not shaken his confidence.

Williams, 31, said: When I came to America a lot of people thought I was just another English bum but theyve been surprised.

Ive been constantly stopping my sparring partners and knocking them out.

Word seems to be spreading. People have been surprised by my speed and power and that an Englishman can fight like that.?

Former British and Commonwealth champion Williams has been sparring with Oleg Maskaev, Sherman Williams and Clifford Etienne as he bids to topple Tyson, 38.

Etienne was knocked out in just 49 seconds by American legend Iron Mike but Williams insists he can still pass on vital information.

He said: I think Etienne can tell me about the intimidation factor.

But I dont think he can tell me much about Tysons technique he wasnt in there long.?

McDonnell has been pushing his boxer hard in the gym with sessions lasting up to six hours.

Williams added: Ill be having some really good sparring this week, where certain people cant see me in action.

Im feeling really sharp and the gym Im in is really hot, so Ill be ready for the heat of Kentucky.?

Williams is being backed to pull off a shock by British and Commonwealth heavyweight king Matt Skelton.

Skelton, 36, faces American Alfred Cole, 40, at East Londons York Hall on the same night Williams boxes Tyson.

He said: Danny is a real talent with some great boxing skills but he is also one of the hardest punchers in the game.

Because of that power you have to give him a chance.?
