As reported yesterday Mike Tyson attended Global Warfare at the Seminole Hard Rock Arena.
At the event he saw Nigerian Samuel Peter redeeming himself with a unanimous decision over Robert Hawkins. Ibragimov (19-0, 16 KOs) won a one-sided slugfest when referee Telis Assimenios stopped the fight at 2:01 of the seventh round because of a deep gash over Lance Whitaker's right eye.
Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson quietly sat ringside among an estimated crowd of 2,500. During Ibragimov's fight he sat in his corner and called Ibragimov "a tough heavyweight."
